Aptar Pharma:

The primary mission of theProject Manager is tobe responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from initiation to close-out. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage various projects with a focus on manufacturing and facility activities.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, facilities, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, finance, and supply chain.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. What you will bring on the journey:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of uninterrupted proven experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
