We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support a high-volume web operations team.
This role focuses on executing and improving web content using Sitecore CMS, with an emphasis on responsive design, accessibility, and search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update website content in Sitecore CMS
Meet with stakeholders to interpret content requests and implement updates
Optimize content structure for usability, searchability, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1+)
Design responsive web pages and create/edit visual content using Adobe Photoshop
Provide solutions for content organization and design challenges
Collaborate with internal teams on digital strategies to support program delivery
Ensure web content aligns with branding, accessibility, and policy standards

Required Skills and Experience:

2+ years of experience with Sitecore CMS
3+ years of experience hand-coding

HTML, CSS

(Bootstrap v4 or v5 preferred), and JavaScript/jQuery
Experience creating accessible and responsive informational graphics and data visualizations
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver), Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
Understanding of web content best practices, including accessibility compliance and SEO
Experience embedding and formatting visual tools (Tableau, ArcGIS, Microsoft BI)
Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field
Experience working within a CMS environment integrating JavaScript libraries and responsive frameworks

Position Details:

Full-time, remote position, must be based in the U.S. and eligible to work without restriction
Initial 1-year assignment with potential for extension
