Bespoke Real Estate is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Onboarding Project Manager to help bring multimillion-dollar luxury listings to market. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced individual early in their career—or looking to level up—who’s excited about real estate, project management, and high-end branding. You’ll work hands-on with some of the Hamptons’ most exclusive properties (valued at $10M+), coordinating everything from photography to floorplans, and helping ensure each listing goes live with excellence. Whether you’re a recent graduate with strong organizational skills or someone with 1-3 years of experience in real estate, marketing, or project coordination, this role is designed to grow with you. Key Responsibilities Client Communication:
Act as a key contact for property owners during the onboarding process, gathering essential materials and managing logistics.
Marketing Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure brochures, videos, and digital assets meet brand standards and deadlines.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with agents, designers, marketers, and operations to keep listings on track and on brand.
Vendor Management:
Schedule and communicate with photographers, videographers, and other partners.
On-Site Presence:
Join occasional site visits to assist with media shoots and walkthroughs.
Project Oversight:
Manage multiple listings at once, tracking timelines and reporting progress to leadership.
Aesthetic Review:
Bring a sharp eye to marketing materials to ensure a polished, luxury look—even if you’re not designing them directly.
What We’re Looking For Education or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in real estate, marketing, events, or client services.
Early Career Professionals Welcome:
1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, marketing, real estate, or similar.
Tech & Tools:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe tools like InDesign, Photoshop, or XD is a bonus.
Organized & Proactive:
Strong time management and follow-through, especially when juggling multiple priorities.
People Skills:
Clear communicator with a client-first mindset and polished, professional demeanor.
Detail-Oriented:
High standards for quality, design, and presentation.
Local Travel Required :
Ability to visit properties around the East End for shoot days or walkthroughs. Location Requirement This role requires working on-site five days a week at our Water Mill office. It is recommended that candidates live within 35 miles or be willing to relocate to the East End of Long Island. A reliable commute and flexible availability for local site visits are essential.
