About the Position We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee all internal operations tied to the customer lifecycle-from proposal to project completion. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination across departments, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple high-level projects in a fast-paced environment. • Key Responsibilities• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from proposal, procurement, and scheduling through installation and service completion. Coordinate internally with field teams, warehouse, dispatch, technicians, and management to ensure smooth execution of all project phases. Manage tasks and resources to meet deadlines and stay within project budgets. Monitor daily technician reports and reconcile them with internal data and project analytics. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues using a strategic and analytical approach. Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports, including completion percentages and key updates. Analyze system-generated profitability reports and communicate project health to management on a weekly basis. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures to support consistent, efficient operations. Collaborate with Finance to report job completion percentages and ensure timely, accurate billing. Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (ConnectWise is a strong plus) Ability to perform under pressure and maintain professionalism Proven experience in the low voltage industry Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
