What You’ll Do:

Oversee the integration of claims data from a major insurance provider into an external analytics platform, supporting healthcare quality initiatives. Track project milestones, manage next steps, and ensure effective communication with internal teams and external healthcare practices. Collaborate with provider offices and their technical teams to ensure EMR connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and support smooth data exchange. Test and validate claims and EMR data, conducting reasonability checks to align with HEDIS quality measures. Work with cross-functional teams to analyze performance data and provide insights that help improve care delivery. Why Join Us? Job Requirements Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare data exchange. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data accuracy and compliance. A bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience is required. Buffalo or Rochester residents are preferred, but all New York State residents will be considered.
