We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager tooversee commercial construction projects throughout WestchesterCounty. This role offers the chance to manage a wide range ofwork-corporate interiors, healthcare, education, and municipalbuilds-while staying local and working with a collaborative,field-first team. Description Manage all phases of construction projectsfrom preconstruction through punch list and closeout Coordinatewith clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensureproject goals are met Oversee bidding, contract negotiation,submittals, RFIs, and change orders Develop and manage projectschedules, ensuring milestones and critical deadlines are achievedMonitor budgets, forecasts, and project cost tracking Lead OACmeetings and communicate progress to stakeholders clearly andprofessionally Ensure adherence to safety and quality standardsacross all project activities Provide mentorship to Assistant PMsand collaborate closely with Superintendents Profile 5 years ofcommercial construction project management experience.
