Summary:

The Implementations Project Manager is responsiblefor successful onboarding of new EMS Billing clients intoDigitech’s proprietary billing platform. You will be responsiblefor building relationships with clients and potential businesspartners. This is a client-facing role that requires an individualwho understands the dynamics of client relationships, iscomfortable representing the organization, and presentinginformation. Previous experience reading and interpreting contractsor formal documents is desired. EMS experience and/or knowledge orunderstanding of medical terminology is helpful, but not required.

Strong technical knowledge is a plus. This is a remote position,however on-site in our Chappaqua, NY office is preferred. Limitedtravel is required (less than 5%).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients and act as the primary pointof contact during onboarding phase.
  • Establish and buildrelationships with key client decision makers.
  • Interpret andunderstand client contracts and ensure we meet all contractualrequirements during implementation.
  • Ability to learn and discussour entire suite of billing software and implementation process.
  • Able to collaborate with all internal teams including AccountManagement, Integration, Credentialing, Billing, SoftwareDevelopers, and Sales as needed.
  • Prioritize workload to meetdeadlines across multiple clients and vendors.
  • Understandrelationships with vendors of Electronic Patient CareRecords(ePCR), Hospital/Health Data Exchange, Computer AidedDispatch (CAD), and Credit Card Merchants.
  • Schedule/Attend weeklycalls between Digitech, client, and third-party support staff asneeded.
  • Review various file types, including but not limited to:

XML, HL7, CSV, XLS, and other files.

  • Facilitate the reviewing andsigning of legal, security and VPN user documents.
  • Troubleshootissues with files according to the connections importspecifications.
  • Work with clients and/or vendors to gain accessto their applications for record transmissions, file search, datareconciliations, interface configuration, report writing andscheduling.
  • Attend team calls and report on week’s activities,blockers to work effort, and work completed.
  • Document new worktickets and work/monitor assigned tickets.
  • Maintain status ofwork within the implementation plan pipeline.
  • Work/Resolveproduction issues pre and post Go Live.
  • Escalate high severityissues to senior level team members, or vendors as needed.
  • Upholdcompany and security compliance policies.
  • Complete specialprojects or other duties as assigned.
Skills/Experience Required:
  • EMT or Dispatcher experience helpful, but not required.
  • Familiarity of NEMSIS data set is desired, but not required.
  • Experience with analyzing and troubleshooting technical, data, orworkflow driven issues preferred.
  • Experience with electronic fileand storage methods is helpful.
  • Experience with Microsoft officesuite.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
  • Knowledgeof system development processes as a business/systems analyst -SDLC.
