Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join the Product Platforms team, focusing on Capital Markets initiatives. This role acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders (trading, sales, product, legal, compliance, risk) and Technology & Operations teams. The successful candidate will support product lifecycle management with an initial focus on Syndicate workflows, driving innovation and modernization of infrastructure and tools. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product roadmap and release strategy
Assist in the development of critical user journeys, workflows, and use cases that align with business goals
Support Agile product backlogs by grooming and validating epics and user stories for sprint planning
Participate in backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies to ensure clear communication of business requirements
Define acceptance criteria, and oversee and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Analyze and document data models and flows to support functional and technical requirements
Partner with technology teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features
Act as a central point of coordination with cross-functional stakeholders (UX, risk, compliance, legal, cybersecurity, etc.)
Prepare presentations, conduct product demos, and provide status updates to leadership
Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancements and feature gaps
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to produce wireframes, user flows, and visual designs
Coordinate with the Program Management Office (PMO) on release planning and project tracking
Define and monitor KPIs and product adoption metrics to drive user engagement and success Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Manager in software development, ideally with digital products
Proven experience delivering successful web or mobile applications in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge or experience with Capital Markets products (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Options, Futures, etc.) is a plus
BA or BS degree preferred, but not required Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Experience with Syndicate business flows or related financial services product areas
Prior experience working within enterprise banking or trading platforms
Familiarity with UX design collaboration (e.g., wireframes, mockups) and JIRA/Confluence Certifications (if any)
Certifications such as PMP, CSPO, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are advantageous but not required
