This role is pivotal in managing client accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing and account management. You will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients, driving marketing and advertising initiatives, developing content strategies, writing omni-channel content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Responsibilities Serve as the content and strategy lead for assigned accounts, with a focus on integrating AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Analyze market trends to inform project strategies and enhance service offerings. Develop and implement strategic plans for the firm’s clients that focus on messaging strategies and content development. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account progress and maintain accurate records. Demonstrate a deep understanding of inbound marketing, SEO, and performance content strategy Experience Proven experience in marketing/advertising account management or project management roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships. Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
