Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analytics Specialist to join our onsite team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves supporting internal operations through effective onboarding and training, managing communication channels with publishers, and resolving consumer-related issues. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of analytical thinking, project coordination, and strong interpersonal skills to drive process improvements and ensure high-quality support.
Job Responsibilities:
Onboarding new team members
Conducting training sessions
Taking ownership of research and resolution of publisher tickets received on behalf of consumers
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Basic computer skills
Experience in Project Management
Strong attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal
Analytical mindset and willingness to collaborate with others
Customer-facing experience is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree is required
