What You’ll Do:

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day execution of residential remodeling projects—serving as the main point of contact for homeowners and coordinating subcontractors, field staff, and project developers. You’ll lead the construction process from contract handoff through final walkthrough, ensuring everything is aligned with our company’s core values and high standards. You’ll be in the field making decisions, solving problems, managing budgets, maintaining schedules, and making sure our clients have a great experience every step of the way.

This includes:

Managing all construction activities from pre-construction through warranty. Creating and maintaining project schedules in BuilderTrend, ensuring updates are made in real-time. Serving as the client’s primary contact throughout the construction phase, including weekly progress meetings. Coordinating subcontractors, ordering and verifying materials, and ensuring site safety and cleanliness. Leading and supporting Lead Carpenters and field staff, maintaining accountability and quality standards. Conducting site inspections, managing punch lists, and closing out projects with zero loose ends. Estimating and managing Change Orders efficiently to reduce disruption. Overseeing financial tracking, including invoices, labor, materials, and cost to complete reporting. Communicating consistently and clearly with customers, teammates, and trade partners.

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of residential construction project management experience. Strong understanding of remodeling construction methods, local building codes, and permitting. Ability to read construction drawings and build accurate project schedules. Leadership skills that build trust, accountability, and a positive site culture. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Buildertrend (or similar software), Microsoft Excel, and project documentation tools.

Your Schedule:
