TAKTL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality custom façade projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison with clients from the quotation phase through project completion, ensuring clear communication, precise execution, and client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Act as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication. Manage projects from estimating through production and final delivery. Collaborate closely with estimating, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution. Review architectural drawings, details, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential risks. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve project issues to maintain schedule and product standards. Facilitate the drawing approval process by coordinating details between clients, designers, and internal teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5 + years of experience in project management for manufacturing, construction, or similar Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and details. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with façade systems or architectural materials is a significant advantage. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software is preferred. Why TAKTL?
