Full-Time Reports to : Senior Manager, Program Management Purpose The Project Manager executes the Specialty Pharmacy team’s project portfolio. This role drives project success through effective project management and leadership, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and manages relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities Executes the drug manufacturer’s project portfolio, ensuring timely completion and meeting project goals and objectives. Acts as a liaison between the data team and operations, and develops and maintains manufacturer project plans and timelines. Manages project scope and identify potential risks and issues, working with the project team to mitigate them. Communicates project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, including senior leadership. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy operations, pharmacy data analytics, program management and the manufacturer partner, to ensure project success. Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve project management processes and procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or technology related field. Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to motivate project teams to achieve project success. Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, as well as comprehensive experience in the MS Office suite applications. Strong understanding of data analytic terminology and processes. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or equivalent experience. Previous experience in specialty pharmacy. Work Environment This job operates in a home office and professional office environment. When in-office this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and communications via MS Teams. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, see, talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and finger to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as reading and working with various forms of data on a screen.
