Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead key paving and site development projects from start to finish. If you’re passionate about construction, thrive in a leadership role, and are ready to take your career to the next level, this could be your next move.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, budgeting, and execution of asphalt and concrete projects Lead on-site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specs Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and inspectors Oversee cost control, materials, and progress reporting
Qualifications:
2+ years of project management experience in asphalt/concrete construction Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in project management software and MS Office Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management a plus OSHA certification a plus
