Full-Time, Non-Exempt Overview Reading Bakery Systems, a global leader in the design and manufacture of industrial bakery equipment, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Project Services team. This role supports the successful execution of complex projects by managing plans, schedules, documentation, and communication across teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain project schedules, plans, budgets, and work hours Organize, attend, and contribute to internal and external project meetings Document key actions and decisions from meetings and follow up as needed Prepare presentation materials and other documentation to support project goals Ensure adherence to project deadlines and identify necessary changes or adjustments Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Team Maintain proper documentation for each project to ensure compliance with standards Develop strategies to optimize project execution and delivery Create and manage project calendars aligned to goals and milestones Qualifications An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with file management and general administrative processes Collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed Working Conditions Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly required to travel to interface with customers and vendors. Safety Hazards General office environment with minimal safety hazards. When required, industrial and manufacturing environments require appropriate personal protective equipment.
