The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in project planning, requirements analysis, and process management. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively supervise teams, manage resources, and utilize project management software to ensure successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct requirements analysis to ensure all project needs are identified and addressed. Utilize Primavera and other project management software to track progress and manage resources efficiently. Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Implement process management strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and expectations. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities using tools such as Confluence. Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to stay aligned with objectives. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in project management with a focus on organizational skills. Strong knowledge of requirements analysis and project planning methodologies. Proficiency in using Primavera and other relevant project management software. Experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with process management principles and systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
