Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of Quality Manufacturing IT systems across our organization. This position reports directly to the Director of Information Technology and is responsible for delivering effective, reliable, and compliant IT solutions within a regulated industry environment. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, experience with DELMIAWorks/IQMS, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the entire systems development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of Quality Manufacturing IT, ensuring a secure and efficient computing environment. Assist the Director of IT in aligning IT strategies with business objectives, focusing on innovation and efficiency. Lead the implementation of IT solutions using the full SDLC model, including documentation, timelines, and resource planning. Coordinate internal and external resources, manage project milestones, and ensure CSV compliance. Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to identify process improvements and integrate technical solutions. Maintain systems documentation, license compliance, version/change control, and SOPs. Manage vendor relationships and oversee software/hardware procurement. Supervise IT staff, consultants, and daily operations for Quality Manufacturing IT functions. Provide technical training and support to business unit users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BA/BS in Computer Science or related discipline. 10+ years of relevant IT experience, including 5+ years implementing technical solutions in a regulated industry. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client/Server platforms. Experience with ERP/MES systems such as DELMIAWorks (IQMS). Exceptional communication and team leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

Quality and accuracy of systems documentation and compliance measures. Collaboration and communication with internal teams and external partners.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$125,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
