Summary:
Responsible for planning and managing site development and roadway construction projects (up to $20M), coordinating with clients, crews, and vendors, overseeing budgets, timelines, and materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred) 2-5 years of relevant PM experience Strong communication, planning, and cost estimation skills Proficient in MS Office, HCSS (HeavyBid/HeavyJob) Experience with DOT projects (PennDOT, NJDOT, etc.) preferred

$82,399.00 – $150,000.00 per year
