Description EPAM Systems, INC seeks a Senior Project Manager in Newtown, PA, 18940, and various, long term unanticipated worksites with the option to relocate throughout the U.S. Minimum requirements for the position are: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Radiophysics, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Technology Management, Enterprise, Banking, Management, Informatics, or closely related discipline; Plus 2 years of employment experience in the job offered (Senior Project Manager), Project Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, Department Director/ Head of Department, Senior Business Analyst, Senior QA Engineer/ QA Manager, Testing Manager or Engineer, Senior QA Analyst, Senior Business Consultant, Business Intelligence Lead, Functional Consultant, Software Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or closely related occupation. Will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Duties:
Responsible for IT development projects.
Take responsibility for the product software engineering, development and product architecture ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Coordinate and direct multiple projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Communicate with clients to define specific product requirements, documenting design specifications, key entities and elements, data transformations and conversions.
Oversee several large programs bringing identifiable business benefits to clients internally and externally.
