These homes will have an emphasis on craftmanship, detail and timeless design and will specialize in multi-million dollar homes. This role oversees luxury custom builds, coordinating with clients and development, architects, construction teams. We are seeking:

• 20 or more years’ experience of building custom homes with a proven track record with a notable luxury or custom home builder.
• BS in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Polished professional who has led the building of multi-million dollar custom homes and can navigate complex job sites with confidence and precision.
• Extensive experience building custom homes and the ability to thrive in an environment where design and craftsmanship is key.
• Strong experience managing projects, ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and architectural drawings. Experience in knowing how to keep trades, client and projects aligned from groundbreaking to final walkthrough is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing professionalism with a pro-active, solutions-oriented mindset.
