We are in need of a Program Manager for ourArchitecture division. This role is integral to our team as itinvolves overseeing the successful execution of architecturalprograms and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in both architecture and engineering, with a proventrack record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Thisposition requires an individual who can seamlessly blend technicalknowledge with leadership skills to drive the successful completionof complex architectural projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee andmanage the execution of architectural programs and projects frominception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are in line withthe company’s objectives, budget, and timeline. 2. Develop andimplement project strategies, plans, and procedures, ensuring thatall project stages are carried out effectively and efficiently. 3.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients,contractors, and internal teams, to ensure the successful deliveryof projects. 4. Lead, coach, and mentor the project team, fosteringa positive and collaborative work environment. 5. Conduct riskmanagement to identify potential project risks and developmitigation strategies. 6. Regularly review and analyze projectprogress, making necessary adjustments to ensure the project stayson track. 7. Facilitate effective communication among team membersand stakeholders, ensuring everyone is updated on projectdevelopments. 8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations,standards, and best practices in architecture and engineering. 9.Handle any project-related issues or disputes promptly andprofessionally, ensuring minimal impact on project progress.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering,or a related field. 2. A minimum of 6 years of experience inarchitectural project management, with a proven track record ofmanaging multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Registered Architectis a strong plus, but not required. 4. Strong technical knowledgein architecture and engineering, with a solid understanding ofarchitectural principles and standards. 5. Exceptionalorganizational and project management skills, with the ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify andresolve project-related issues promptly and effectively. 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. 8. Proficientin using project management software and other relevant tools. 9.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing projectrequirements and timelines. 10. Knowledge of relevant regulations,standards, and best practices in architecture and engineering. 11.Ability to conduct risk management and develop effective mitigationstrategies.
