To support our growth, we are searching for a Project Manager at our West Chester, PA facility. Reporting to the Project Management Manager the selected candidate will manage all projects within assigned territories from Kickoff Meeting to active phase, through installation, final bill and turnover to customer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all projects within the assigned territories: Discuss with sales rep the details of the project during the Kick off Meeting. Manage the submittals process, by generating, sharing and discussing with the clients or the planners: Submittals drawings, Product specifications, List of exceptions, Project GANNT/schedule, Terms and Conditions Assists the Supply Chain by verifying purchase orders and order acknowledgments for accuracy. Assist in reading, understanding, redlining, and executing agreed upon project contract terms and conditions. Discuss project details with the factories, both international and domestic – TSPA, IWT, Britz, TI. Following the Company procedures, communicate with all internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting) during the project lifespan Perform site surveys to verify and ascertain accurate site information required to execute the project. Support end users during the FAT phase Manage the installation and commissioning phases with the support of the installation team leader and/or by hiring third party companies: Identification and coordination of installation & Commissioning dates, Procurement/Coordination/Scheduling of Third-Party Vendors & Services, On-site coordination (Safety Training, Hours of Work, Job Site Analysis, etc.), Support the client during the SAT phase. Tracks and control project costs through the life of the project from KoM to final acceptance from the client Take any reasonable action to generate profits from the installation/commissioning processes w/o jeopardizing the company reputation. Close the project and transfer the asset to the after-sales service dept. Keep the company CRM (Salesforce and TaskRay) updated for all the information related to the project management processes from the opening of the TaskRay project to the archiving of the TaskRay project. Support Sales team in the quotation/bidding phase by: Providing costing information for non-standard site activities, Supporting PDO for AutoCAD/Revit layouts to produce submittal packages for client review & approval, Performing site surveys to verify and ascertain accurate site information required to execute the project for complex projects where the sales rep is not self-sufficient. Generate and/or modifies documentation during project lifespan: Site Survey Reports, Installation Binders, Meeting Reports, Commissioning Documentation Communicate efficiently and thoroughly with external customers (end-user, General Contractors, planners, architects, engineers, and other parties involved in the project). Cooperatively and positively work with internal customer (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Client Services, etc etc.) Be a positive, respectful, and cooperative member of the internal team. Available to travel at least for 30% of the time on average Available to actively participate to the installation and validation process on the field.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Excellent working knowledge of Project Management’s most common software packages Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to understand the technical requirements of the products Ability to listen and understand stakeholders needs / intent, then propose the most adapted solutions Ability to interact with different stakeholders, Planner, Construction Companies, Facility Managers, Purchasing Office, Maintenance personnel, End Users. Understand the economic impact of the decision, maximizing the company efficiency and profit Must be able to effectively manage, with an economic mindset, roadblocks in the course of the project. Must be detailed oriented. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects in different stages at one time. Must have an ability to multi-task to meet required deadlines. Ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Ability to work within a team. Revit Education and Experience Requirements:
