For more information, please visit www.resilience.comPosition Summary & Responsibilities The Project Manager II leadsand manages projects that support the West Chester Ohio Supply Siteand is responsible for all phases of a project including projectInitiation, Planning, Monitoring and Controlling, Execution, andClosure. Project responsibilities also include project teammanagement, stakeholder management, and project communications. Thescope of work includes projects or programs related to increasingsite production capacity, new product launches, global programintegrations, and transformation initiatives. Quality • Executework in compliance with GMPs, company policies, work instructions,and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Safety • Maintain a safework environment by following all Health and Safety policies andprocedures. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
Comply with HSE policies and trainings. Lead, direct, and managecross-functional project teams in support of business andoperations strategies and transformation initiatives, assetcommercial readiness, and critical site projects, and globalprogram initiatives with West Chester impacts. Develop and controlproject plans, resource requirements, budgets, and schedules.
Manage supplier activities during design, fabrication,installation, commissioning, and qualification. Ensure projectsactivities are managed through quality change control system.
Create and execute project stakeholder management andcommunications plans. Identify and control risk, and project changemanagement to meet original objectives in the appropriate timing.
Guide conflict resolution at project team level and facilitatedecision-making within the team. Manage issues and negotiateconflicts within and across projects. Aligns with GlobalOperations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, andTechnical Services teams on strategy development and projectexecution as required. Utilizes the PMO framework, stage gatereviews, tools, and processes throughout all project phases. Serveas champion for the PMO within the organization. Contribute to thedevelopment, maintenance, and improvement of project metrics. Sharebest practices and provide coaching for other Project Managers onsite. Up to 10% travel may be required – domestic andinternational. Minimum Qualifications 1. Previous experience inproject and program management in the pharmaceutical or relatedindustry and GMP or manufacturing environment. 2. Demonstratedknowledge in various aspects of Pharmaceutical Operationspreferred, Manufacturing and Packaging, and Product Supply Chainwith preference given to Aseptic Filling. 3. Demonstratedproficiency in written & oral communications and stakeholdermanagement Preferred Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree,preferably in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain, orother related discipline. 2. PMP certification preferred.

Our target base pay hiring range forthis position is $100,000.00 – $156,250.00 per year. Actual basepay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but notlimited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevantexperience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
