As a Project Manager (Owner’s Representative), you will act asthe primary liaison between our clients and project stakeholders,ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, andaligned with client objectives. Client Details My client is awomen-owned project management firm specializing in deliveringcomplex real estate projects across industries such as datacenters, healthcare, higher education, energy, and corporateservices. They serve as trusted Owner’s Representatives, guidingclients through every phase of their projects-from planning anddesign to construction and closeout-with a focus on clearcommunication, accountability, and results. Description Lead andmanage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment withclient goals and KGO’s standards of excellence. Serve as thecentral point of contact for all project stakeholders, includingclients, architects, contractors, and consultants. Develop andmaintain project budgets and schedules; monitor progress andimplement corrective actions as necessary. Oversee the selectionand management of vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance withcontractual obligations and quality standards. Identify potentialrisks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies toaddress them proactively. Ensure that all project deliverables meetor exceed client expectations and industry standards. Maintaincomprehensive project documentation; prepare regular status reportsfor clients and internal stakeholders. Manage changes in projectscope, schedule, and costs; communicate impacts to all relevantparties and obtain necessary approvals. Profile Bachelor’s degreein Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a relatedfield. Strong Understanding of MEP trades Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in project management, with at least 3 years in anOwner’s Representative role. Project Management Professional (PMP)or equivalent certification preferred. Strong leadership,communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in projectmanagement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
