Job Description Summary The Compensation Project Manager will lead and manage compensation-related projects, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of compensation programs and initiatives. He/She is responsible for managing and executing processes related to the financial and operational aspects of compensation for Risk and Revenue Share Partners (RRSPs). This role involves ensuring accurate and timely compensation, maintaining compliance with contractual terms, meeting reporting requirements, and supporting the overall efficiency of all the compensation processes. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to achieve outcomes.
Job Description Key Responsibilities Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee compensation-related projects, ensuring timely delivery. Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Partnering with internal teams (such as finance, legal, and operations) and RRSPs to resolve discrepancies, establish and optimize processes, and maintain strong relationships. Compensation Accuracy and timeliness; Validating accuracy and first time yield of one for RRSP compensation to ensure timely and precise payments.
Reporting:
Ensuring accurate financial and inventory reporting to RRSPs, maintaining transparency and trust.
Contract Compliance:
Ensuring all compensation activities align with the terms of revenue-sharing agreements.
Issue Resolution:
Addressing and resolving any disputes or concerns related to compensation, ensuring fairness and alignment with contractual T&Cs.
Process Optimization:
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of revenue share compensation processes. Where applicable working with the digital team to set up automated processes and analysis, troubleshooting and identification of improvements. .
Training and Leading:
training new team members and collaborating the Genpact compensation team. Providing through leadership to the compensation team and to the Strategic Partnership team.
Documentation and Audit:
Maintaining detailed records of compensation activities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and readiness for audits. An RRSP Compensation Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of revenue-sharing agreements, supporting the company’s SQDC priorities—Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost—with safety and quality always being the top priorities. Their work contributes to fostering trust and collaboration with Revenue Share Participants while driving operational excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. 3-5 years of experience in Services & Project Management. Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
