Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is a Professional (P2) who applies practical knowledge of job area.
Responsibilities typically include:
Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Providing organizational and analytical perspectives to the project team Ensuring adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Consulting with a range of associates in the organization. The purpose of the Project Manager position is to provide project planning and project management services for all departments within the organization to ensure effective planning for assigned credit union initiatives and prompt, efficient completion of projects that often include external vendor integration tasks. This role requires regular analysis of data and the ability to meet difficult but minimally complex interpersonal, analytical, and organizational demands. The Project Manager may influence a range of associates through explanation of facts, policies, and practices within the job area. The Project Manager position applies practical knowledge in a job area typically obtained through advanced education and experience. This position reports to the Members 1st Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), works independently and performs under general supervision. The Project Manager demonstrates sufficient working knowledge of project management practices and procedures and applies them effectively. The key responsibilities of this role include initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing assigned business and technology projects in accordance with the Members 1st Project Management Process. The Project Manager partners effectively, building relationships across the organization to engage stakeholders in project governance activities. This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our Headquarters (in Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. This position may require in-person training. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Qualifications:

General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate. The minimum salary for this position is: $75,000+/yr.
