Collaborate with researchers, statisticians, and survey designers to ensure optimal data collection strategies
Procure, evaluate, and manage third-party vendors for sample delivery and data collection
Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy, respondent validity, and methodological soundness
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and fieldwork performance to deliver on time and within scope
Provide regular consultation and updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress and operational considerations
Document and report on operational metrics, data integrity, and lessons learned for continuous improvement

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Policy, Business, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience is also acceptable
3-5+ years of relevant experience in survey operations, panel/sample management, or market/social research
Strong understanding of opt-in sample dynamics and online survey fieldwork
Experience with survey vendors, sample brokers, and quality control methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and consultative skills, especially during project scoping and design phases
Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, or similar platforms is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit in front of a computer for long hours
Our goal is to promote diversity, creativity, and flexibility across our teams while strengthening problem-solving abilities and collaboration. Ready to be part of something bigger? Apply today to join the team that is redefining research to impact positive change.
