Position Summary:
Serve as a liaison between field operations team and other departments to coordinate accurate and timely completion of residential and commercial projects while upholding a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Ensure accuracy and timely updates of all data in the ERP system.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Functions:
Manage commercial billing, certified payroll, waivers, COI’s etc. for commercial projects Responsible for managing assigned projects and maintaining accuracy of data within ERP system at all times Ensure accuracy of all sales orders pre and post field measurement Assist in facilitating change orders from request phase through approval and completion Handle daily administrative tasks for team and assigned projects Create and maintain product and installation purchase orders Maintain accurate reports of all assigned projects and sales orders throughout completion of project Request information from team members to ensure project efficiency Complete monthly invoicing projections for expected billing through end of period Prepare monthly project billing based on anticipated completion percentages Responsible for collections payments for all assigned projects based on terms Responsible for collecting retainage payments upon project completion Initiate weekly regional meetings to review job progress Assist with addressing any issues onsite Provide coverage for the Office Operations team in areas of need Other duties as assigned Organizational Alignment Reports to Chief Revenue Officer Performance Measurements Accuracy of information provided to employees and customers Accuracy of data in ERP system Communication abilities with employee and customers Timeliness of job task completion
Required Skills & Physical Capabilities :
Must be able to: Hear well and speak clearly Alternate between sitting/standing for several hours at a time Twist torso in chair Bend at waist, kneel, and stoop Reach above head Move materials up to 10 lbs. such as files, books and office equipment Answer phone calls and take messages Operate standard office equipment such as a computer and calculator File/copy documents Climb stairs Display proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Communicate clearly (written and oral) in English Use close, color, and peripheral vision and depth perception. Also must maintain the ability to focus vision in order to perform essential job duties.
