The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting our construction field personnel with information, and materials, including buying out equipment and working in constant contact with Project Managers. 3+ years experience in Project Coordination roles 1-3 years’ experience in Construction preferred but not required Excellent organization, clear communication, & analytical skills Mature professional attitude with the openness to continue learning and upgrading skills Excellent time management and task execution / follow up Excellent computer skills including:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Skills Required:
Act as a liaison between Project Managers and field staff for daily coordination of field related activities Assist the Project Manager in vendor buyout of project equipment and materials (including comparing multiple quotes and creating purchase orders) Provide thorough and timely communication to our construction field leaders Effectively speak on the phone to customers, vendors, and construction field team Process & log all RFIs (Request for Information) supplied by the design team & project managers Oversee and/or process day-to-day administrative items (submittals, labor reports, memos, correspondence, transmittals, project communications, etc.) Receive and facilitate incoming inquiries from Project Managers Prepare special reports per managers direction Assist in the compilation & delivery of close out documents to the owner (work with our technical team to produce as-built drawings, operations & maintenance manuals, valve charts, balancing & water treatment analysis reports) In collaboration with the project manager, create & track change orders Process and cross reference incoming submittals for project specification compliance Track/record process for equipment release – Define vendor release lead times & track delivery Champion the process of start-up documentation and close out with the Service group Dual Temp Company, Inc. – Why Work Here?
