Job Description Summary:
The Properties Manager is responsible for the development and growth of our airport advertising programs, the respective airport relationships, as well as servicing and maintaining all aspects of the advertising program. This position will hire, train and terminate independent contractor relationships. Independent contractors are required to maintain advertising signage and displays to Clear Channel Airports operating standards. Will also work with ACDBE partners to service all airport inventory.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain contact with Airport personnel to ensure successful relationships including travel to airports as necessary.
Present to airports for approval for inventory and program designs to maximize revenueMaintain revenue throughout airport construction projects including management of inventory shiftsSet up and order all materials for airport advertising display programs on time and under budgetHire and terminate independent contractor relationshipsManage subcontractors during installation of advertising displaysMaintain budgets for all capital expenditures, maintenance and repairsWork with business operation managers and sales manager to develop advertiser locations for salesAssist with Advertiser Client Services Specialty Coordination with Local and National levelsPerform other duties as assigned or requestedField management- Audit maps, specs, change outs, install and removal fees.
