Toll Brothers , America’s leading luxury home builder, is seeking a Human Resources Project Manager to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. What is the opportunity? Responsible for planning, managing, delivering, and measuring the success of a broad range of impactful projects and/or solution implementations. What are the primary responsibilities? Responsible for the design, creation and implementation of effective, high quality, sustainable solutions. Deliver well integrated enterprise-wide solutions that meet both present and future business needs. Conduct the full range of project management tasks, including but not limited to: identifying the causes for talent-related business challenges, defining the project purpose and scope, creating solutions and materials, obtaining consensus, obtaining alignment on implementation and communication of solutions amongst all stakeholders, and measuring success across a variety of HR related projects. Respond to urgent and unexpected needs. Participate in the selection and evaluation of external solutions, when needed. Effectively champion change and collaborate across HR COEs, Business Leaders, etc. All other duties as assigned. Essential:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in multiple disciplines, including at least 3 years as an Associate HRBP. Clear understanding of best-in-class HR processes and programs. Experience leading cross-functional teams to complete projects on time, on budget and without direct management/oversight. Proven ability to identify business challenges and their causes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentations skills with comfort around senior leadership Advanced in
Workday, Qlik and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred:
