Overview DataBank, with over 500 employees, is pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team, supporting our Commercial and Healthcare teams at our Huntingdon Valley, PA office. As our Project Manager, you will ensure client satisfaction with DataBank products and services as a liaison between the client, operations and the internal departments. You will review, monitor and deliver daily production activity to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. DataBank’s mission is to help organizations simplify their business processes. That is the DataBank difference. Responsibilities Expectations Collaborate with operations and other teams to define and refine project scope
Address any production issues reported or discovered
Monitor production reports and deliverables
Ensure all documents and records are delivered within client designated SLAs
Proactive providing customer service to our clients
Achieve productivity goals on keeping projects on time and on budget
Provide highest quality measures within guidelines to our clients
Develop and maintain
Willingness to continue to learn and grow as a team
Minimal travel to client sites when required Qualifications Qualifications Associate’s college degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of production experience
Experience using Microsoft Access, Word & Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills
Multi-task under tight deadlines
