Competitive Compensation Package! Job Details Job Details We areseeking a dynamic, experienced, and driven Civil Engineer ProjectManager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent positionthat offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety ofprojects. You will be responsible for managing complex civilengineering projects from inception to completion. This rolerequires a deep understanding of civil engineering principles andpractices, along with a proven track record of project management.

Responsibilities 1. Oversee and manage all phases of civilengineering projects, including planning, design, construction, andmaintenance. 2. Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors,consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectivesare met. 3. Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess thefeasibility and suitability of the construction site. 4. Developand implement detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets,and resource allocation. 5. Ensure all project activities complywith company and industry regulations and standards. 6. Design andimplement effective drainage, erosion control, site paving,grading, and stormwater management systems. 7. Utilize landsurveying techniques to measure and map the land for sitedevelopment. 8. Monitor project progress and make necessaryadjustments to ensure completion within the specified time andbudget. 9. Prepare and present project reports and updates tomanagement and stakeholders. 10. Troubleshoot and resolve anyissues that may arise during the project lifecycle. 11.Continuously improve project management methodologies andpractices. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineeringor a related field. 2. Professional Engineer (PE) certification isa must. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineeringproject management. 4. Proven experience in drainage, erosioncontrol, site paving, grading, stormwater management, landsurveying, and site development. 5. Strong knowledge of civilengineering principles, techniques, and tools. 6. Excellent projectmanagement skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinatingtasks. 7. Proficient in using project management and civilengineering software. 8. Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively withall levels of staff and external stakeholders. 9. Strongproblem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically andact tactically. 10. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with theability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 11.
