We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager (PM) to support Operations Readiness Testing (ORT) and Sorter Testing at newly launching sites for growing business lines. This dynamic, onsite position requires travel to various Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations to lead testing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure operational readiness. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in project management, site testing, and leadership, coupled with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities:

Onsite Testing Leadership:
Conduct ORT and Sorter testing at newly launching sites. Lead and manage a team of 6-10 Operations Managers to complete testing of modules and processes. +
Hands-On Execution:
Leverage provided checklists as a framework to perform testing, ensuring all modules and processes meet pre-determined standards. +
Stakeholder Communication:
Lead daily standup meetings, report testing progress, and provide status updates to the team lead. +
Escalation Management:
Identify, address, and escalate risks or issues to the team lead, ensuring readiness milestones are met on time. +
Travel Requirements:
Candidate must demonstrate flexibility to travel regionally Monday to Friday, two weeks per month (ramping up to three weeks/month during peak periods, e.g., Q4). + Adherence to
Processes:
Follow established protocols and LPs (ownership, invent & simplify, bias for action) while maintaining accountability for testing deliverables.
Requirements Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Project Management and site testing.
Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Smartsheets experience preferred. + Risk mitigation, troubleshooting, and escalation experience.
Soft Skills:
+ Strong administrative writing and reporting skills. + Clear communication and collaboration skills. + Excellent people management and stakeholder alignment abilities. + Highly detail-oriented with a result-driven mindset.
Travel Flexibility:
