Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:

Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proven ability to manage multiple project/order timelines effectively. Excellent organization and time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and intercultural communication abilities; demonstrated aptitude for driving change through team leadership, facilitation, and influence. Knowledge and experience with SAP for order management and project tracking. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with experience in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. Familiarity with project management processes and tools is a plus. Knowledge of high voltage products, services, and their applications is preferred. Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.

Experience/Education Required/Sought:

High school diploma with 6+ years of experience in project order management, customer support, and project management or contract order assistance; OR Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in business with 2+ years of relevant experience in project order management, customer support, and project management or contract order assistance.
