Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager. This individual will work directly under the DD Associate Director for Administrative Services to manage, triage, and implement improvements across multiple technology platforms supporting essential department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary point of contact for triaging production issues and implementing enhancements across three separate contracts. Oversee the technical and operational functions of: Case Management Systems Rhode Island Community Living Supports (RICLAS) Billing Systems Quality Assurance (Incident Reporting) Systems Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Escalate issues with urgency and clarity to appropriate stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple systems and projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with human services, healthcare billing, or quality assurance systems is a plus. Experience working within state or local government environments.
