Project Description:

TheSenior IT Project Manager will work with the vendors, projectmanagers, subject matter experts, and internal and externalstakeholders to: Work with multiple project managers on State andvendor teams to ensure timely and coordinated delivery ofdeliverables and various portions of the project. Manage multipleworkstreams with multiple vendors and State Maintain integrated,master Document and track risks and mitigation plans Monitor timelycompletion of tasks by vendors and the Maintain masterdocumentation of overall system Document the application supportprocedures for internal and external Monitor the documentation andquality of business processes and workflows Ensure comprehensivedocumentation is developed and maintained by theThis includesdocumentation on role-based Procedures for adding/removing userReports identified by the Business Review deliverables provided byvendors to ensure quality of deliverables prior to Establish andmaintain a RAID Establish and maintain a RACI matrix along with thevendors and the State Project Management Create and update weeklystatus Document and report on changes in scope of the project andensure change control Communicate delays and obstacles that maycompromise or delay the Provide periodic updates to State ProjectManagement and Vendor Management teams on vendor performance anddeliverables. Manage budget and financial process of the Scheduleand facilitate project meetings and distribute meeting meetings, incoordination with Oversee configuration of system per businessOversee testing and validation of the system to ensure successfulcompletion of configuration, regression, performance testing aswell as planning of User Acceptance Testing. Ensure vendorresolution of defects through the testing Work with ChangeManagement and Agency Readiness teams to ensure training, delivery,and implementation of the ERP project. Focus on user experienceimplementation of digital portal experience for multiple user

Qualifications:

5 years of experience with management or ITconsulting firm; or similar Demonstrated experience on working onlarge implementation projects with multiple Experience with digitalportal and constituent-facing Experience working in ateam-oriented, collaborative Demonstrated leadership managingAbility to elicit cooperation from senior management in multipleExceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and timemanagement skills (ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines).Experience in project management tools (JIRA and Confluence) andcollaboration tools (Microsoft Teams and SharePoint) preferred.
