SolomonEdwards Position Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Senior Project Manager – Tri-Party Repo to lead secured funding and collateral transformation projects at our leading banking and financial services client. This individual will oversee initiatives involving tri-party repo settlements, collateral optimization, and securities financing transactions (SFT) compliance. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with tri-party platforms and deep knowledge of repo markets and post-trade infrastructure.
Essential Duties:
Manage end-to-end delivery of tri-party repo-related initiatives, including new product rollouts, settlement automation, and front-to-back workflow enhancements. Coordinate with repo trading desks, operations, collateral management, and tri-party agents. Drive implementation of collateral substitution, margining rules, and haircut governance. Ensure compliance with global SFT regulations (SFTR, UMR, SEC 15c3-3). Liaise with legal, compliance, and technology to onboard new counterparties or tri-party structures. Deliver project artifacts including business requirements, timelines, RAID logs, and senior stakeholder reports.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of project/program management experience in Capital Markets or Securities Finance. Direct experience with Tri-Party Repo platforms such as BNY AccessEdge or JPM GSS is required. Strong knowledge of repo markets, collateral management, and post-trade operations. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SFTR, UMR, and Basel leverage rules for SFTs. Prior experience with systems like Murex, Calypso, or proprietary repo/collateral engines is a plus. Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Travel Requirements:
No travel will be required, unless at the client’s discretion.

Salary Range:
SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $90 – 95.
