  • United States of America About the role The Project Manager provides consulting services for our financialservices client account to help achieve the company’s strategicbusiness objectives.

The Project Manager will lead the retail bankAsset Preservation Program (APP) consisting largely of small works,ADA upgrades, exteriors (signage, roofs, parking lots), andinfrastructure projects. This job is part of the Project Management function responsible forthe management of projects from initiation through completion. Therole is hybrid and may require 20%

  • 30% travel to complete sitevisits.

What you’ll do Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estateprojects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy,and closeout. Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of theproject, including the scope of work, project delivery resourcerequirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule &landmarks, quality control, and risk identification. Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists orthrough the project qualification process. Conduct a standardrequest for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommendresources to clients. Implement project documentation governance that is aligned withcompany and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate,timely, and coordinated. Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Trackthe progress of each project and report status and variances. Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop riskmitigation and contingency plans. Implement plans to reduce oreliminate project risks. Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of be responsible foryour job subject area and broad understanding of several job fieldswithin the function. What you’ll need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the UnitedStates without the need for visa sponsorship now or in thefuture Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCMdesignation(s) preferred. Proven experience with large-volume retail bank projects andclients is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project,Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience utilizing PMWeb project managementsoftware is preferred. General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices,and the ability to read architectural drawings. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitivementality. Previous experience with MEP or HVAC experience is a plus Ability to travel to complete site visits as required by client(approximately 20%).
