This position is based out of Aiken, SC. This is not a traditional “industry vet” quality role – we’re looking for someone teachable, precise, and process-driven, who can grow into a key player on our team. The site Quality Coordinator will work directly under our most experienced site Quality Lead and report into Project Leadership. While the successful candidate will receive guidance and tools from our Quality Group, this role answers directly to project needs – and will have full support from site and company leadership in executing your duties. & never compromising on safety in all aspects of our every day Learn and apply specifications and project standards Perform real-time field inspections to ensure work meets required specs Identify deviations and take immediate action to stop work or escalate as needed Track and maintain quality documentation, photos, and reports with proficiency in technology platforms (Excel, SharePoint, Acrobat, Procore) Participate in punch list walks, review quality records, and validate installation per plan Collaborate with field teams while holding them accountable to quality expectations Help shape project-specific processes, documentation standards, and protocols Resolve operational concerns with clients and ensure the implementation of interventions to minimize project delays Other tasks and duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

Experience in field work, inspections, logistics, or quality control, is preferred Degree or training in construction management, project management, or a technical field, an asset Strong technical fluency in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, is required Prior exposure to Procore or similar construction software, an asset Meticulous attention to detail, documentation, and meet deadlines in a timely manner Ability to work in the field around construction crews in all conditions Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to take initiative, ask questions and stay composed in a fast paced and dynamic environment Comfortable working independently and collaborate when required Able and willing to work extended/flexible hours if required to accommodate project/site hours of operation Able and willing to provide a valid driver s license and provide an acceptable drivers abstract FB Timberline is a subsidiary under the Forbes Bros USA Inc. umbrella.
