We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Commercial Drywall to oversee and manage drywall projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple commercial drywall projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
Oversee estimating and takeoff processes to prepare accurate project bids.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status and any potential issues.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on drywall projects.
Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials.
Familiarity with construction estimating software such as QuickBid and Bluebeam.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
