We’re currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Project Managers and helping ensure successful project execution. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow in the high-end residential construction industry. You’ll be involved in estimating, procurement, scheduling, and overall project coordination.
Responsibilities:
Assist with project estimating, including take-offs, vendor pricing, and compiling bids Work closely with Project Managers to track schedules, budgets, and deliverables Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting notes Conduct site visits and assist with job site coordination as needed Communicate with clients and project team members to support smooth operations Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold our company’s quality standards
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in residential construction or project coordination (luxury home experience a plus) Construction Management degree. We can train new graduates Working knowledge of construction estimating, plans, and specs Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management or estimating software is a plus Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative, high-performing team
