Custom Home Project Manager
A leading Custom Home Construction company is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and lead their team in the office. Qualifications
Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
5+ years’ experience in commercial or custom home construction Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
Experience with projects with values of $5M and greater
Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
Take initiative and seek responsibility
Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and vendors
