The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical systems, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents Coordinate material procurement, manpower, and equipment needs Monitor project progress and prepare accurate schedules and status reports Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and team members Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards Assist with estimating, bidding, and change orders when required Provide support and leadership to foremen and field teams Qualifications 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in project management Strong knowledge of NEC codes, commercial systems, and construction methods Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus
