This is a high-impact role where you’ll wear many hats—project manager, strategist, scheduler, and collaborator—all while being the backbone of our business transformation efforts. You’ll connect with teams, tackle challenges, and help redefine how we serve our customers, one project at a time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love juggling priorities, and have a passion for turning ideas into results, join our crew.

What You’ll Do :
Project Management :

Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, from planning and execution to tracking progress and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Strategy Development :

Partner with leadership to define and implement business strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Scheduling & Coordination :

Manage calendars, prioritize meetings, and ensure seamless communication across teams and stakeholders.

Operational Support :

Answer phones, triage inquiries, and maintain smooth daily operations to keep the business humming.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients, listening to their needs and aligning on goals.

Data & Reporting :

Track project metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making.

Process Improvement :

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence. Adapt to evolving priorities by taking on additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring :

A hunger to learn and grow—no transformation or project management experience required, just a willingness to dive in. A strong work ethic and a no-excuses attitude: you show up, get the job done, and take pride in your work. Curiosity to ask questions and solve problems, whether it’s a strategic challenge or an operational hurdle. Adaptability to handle changing tasks and a fast-paced environment. A team-first mindset, ready to collaborate and support your crew. Comfort working independently and managing priorities as needed.

Bonus:

Any hands-on experience (e.g., project coordination, operations, or customer service) is a plus, but not required.

What You’ll Get :

World-class training : We’ll teach you everything from project management basics to strategic transformation techniques, setting you up for success. Clear career path : Start as a Transformation Lead and grow into leadership or specialized roles—your future is in your hands. Competitive pay : Earn a solid starting wage with opportunities for raises as you develop your skills. Supportive team : Join a crew that’s got your back, with mentorship and camaraderie every step of the way. Purpose and impact : Be part of a company that’s redefining pest control, one project, one customer, one solution at a time.

Who You Are Not :

Someone who’s here to coast. If you’re not ready to give your all, this isn’t the place for you. Afraid of hard work or learning new things. We’re here to grow, and we expect you to grow with us.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or a similar role (or a willingness to learn fast). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization. Excellent communication skills—comfortable answering phones, engaging stakeholders, and presenting ideas. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and scheduling software (or ability to learn quickly). Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to wear multiple hats. Why Join Crescent? At Crescent, we don’t cut corners. We’re building a team that’s as committed to each other as we are to our customers. You’ll be a key player in shaping our business’s future, working in a collaborative, innovative environment with room to grow.
