Assistant Project Manager Elk River Contracting Company LLC Boone, NC 28607 Job Overview We are assisting our client, a manufacturer in Watauga County, in their search for an assistant project manager to help with day-to-day communication to support production. This position will act as an intermediary between upper management and the various production departments. The right candidate will need to be well-versed in professional communication, tech-savvy, and able to generate reports for management in a timely and effective manner. There are existing systems in place that the candidate will be trained to use. This opportunity provides a chance to grow your career with an established, yet growing specialty manufacturer. Job Duties Use of various software to aid in effective production management Communications with various production departments and reporting to upper management to support seamless communication channels Working and communicating with all operational departments, including sales, to ensure that all projects are running on time and on budget Required Qualifications Minimum of a 2-year degree in business management, science, or a related field Proficient in the use of all Microsoft technologies, the right candidate must feel comfortable with using technology regularly A highly developed sense of organization Effective professional communication If you are interested in the position, please apply!
