Description:
Associate Project Manager (APM) plays a key role within the projectexecution of all orders in HV Service to ensure delivery/completionof goods or services to the customer with a focus on customersatisfaction, invoice release through cash collection.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with the commercial operations team to ensure allproject-related information is accurate and complete percontractual agreements. Review and audit project handoffs, verifying contract details,payment terms, and schedules. Maintain and update all project documentation in the client ERPtool (SAP) and verify field service completion dates in thescheduling tool (MSA).
Communication and Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication between the commercialoperations team and the operations team (field and production) tocompile details that support project execution. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding projectupdates, shipping, tracking information, and scheduling.
Order Management:
Oversee the backlog management of assigned projects, ensuringaccurate planning and reporting of delivery/invoicing dates andrevenue forecasts. Confirm product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery ofmaterials for service projects. Collaborate with the project management team to provideadministrative support on related project orders and turnkeyprojects.
Continuous Improvement:
Share lessons learned and best practices from project execution toenhance processes and outcomes. Collect and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys related tomanaged projects.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize Excel for data analysis, tracking project metrics, andreporting on progress. Familiarity with Power BI is desirable for enhanced datavisualization and reporting.
Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:
Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintainrelationships. Proven ability to manage multiple project/order timelineseffectively. Excellent organization and time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with stronginterpersonal and intercultural communication abilities;demonstrated aptitude for driving change through team leadership,facilitation, and influence. Knowledge and experience with SAP for order management and projecttracking. Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, alongwith experience in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. Familiarity with project management processes and tools is aplus. Knowledge of high voltage products, services, and theirapplications is preferred. Willingness to travel occasionally as required by projectneeds.
Experience/Education Required/Sought:
High school diploma with 6+ years of experience in project ordermanagement, customer support, and project management or contractorder assistance; OR Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in business with 2+ years of relevant experiencein project order management, customer support, and projectmanagement or contract order assistance.
