Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Budget and Cost Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Team Coordination:
Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel. Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Quality Assurance and Safety:
Ensure all construction activities adhere to quality standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly. Foster strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
