Concrete Project Manager- Commercial Construction

Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities:
Management of all project team members (project engineers, superintendents)
Mentor, develop and train project engineers for fast-paced growth
100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope
Cost control/monthly status reports
Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team
Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results
Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects
Concrete Project Manager Qualifications:
Experience reading and understanding project plans and design materials, must be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints
Understanding of A.D.A requirements, testing and inspection procedures concerning concrete construction
5+ years in Commercial Concrete, 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Concrete self-performing diverse concrete projects
Experience doing layouts, excavation, formwork, installing and reinforcing is preferred
