This role requires strong coordination between sales representatives, installation crews, and on-site customer project managers to ensure smooth installations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Job Understanding & Preparation Coordinate with Sales Representatives to understand job requirements Conduct initial site inspections in collaboration with on-site customer project managers Review installation manuals and codes for gas and wood-burning fireplaces Identify and correct errors or omissions in estimates Job Site Readiness & Scheduling Ensure job site meets all pre-installation requirements Confirm clearances and coordinate installation schedules with customers, general contractors, or builders Schedule installation crews and ensure proper understanding of tasks Organize and stage installation materials for crew pick-up Conduct routine job site visits for long-term projects Post-Installation Review & Follow-Up Review installation documentation, notes, and photos from install crews Conduct post-installation inspections as needed Identify follow-up actions and ensure completion Schedule any necessary additional work Qualifications Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Prior construction experience required Ability to read and comprehend installation and end-user manuals National Fireplace Institute (NFI) certification is a plus
Technical & Supervisory Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and iPad use Willingness to learn internal operations system Experience supervising and managing installation crews, including subcontractors Ability to communicate effectively with both English & Spanish-speaking subcontractors Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
